Lid driven cavity flow
Motion of fluid in a square cavity with three edges fixed and top edge (lid) moving uniformly in horizontal direction is simulated. Stream function vorticity formulation is used to model the problem. Finite difference method is used to discretize the governing partial differential equations.
User can input Reynolds number, edge length, number of spatial grid points, time step size and end time. The velocity of lid is 1 m/s which can also be modified using the script file under the section boundary conditions on top wall.
