Easily determine correlation coefficients and lags for 3D spatiotemporal datasets.
This function returns a map of correlation coefficients between a reference signal and grid cells of a 3D spatiotemporal dataset. It also determines temporal lags of best fits between the reference signal and the time series of each grid cell.
