How DNA can be used as a digital storage device in theory

A simple simulation to show that DNA sequences can encode and store digital information and can be successfully decoded also. Scientists have proven that a gram of DNA can store up to 1 zettabyte of information. A nucleotide sequence is made up of 4 bases (A,C,G,T) which are encoded using a base-4 system (00,01,10,11) and a pair of complementary nucleotide (A-T and C-G) along with a few other components like sugars and phosphates link up to form a DNA which is the double-helix structure we see so commonly.
