Matrix Mittag-Leffler Function
Evaluation of matrix Mittag-Leffler function with two parameters (alf, bet) by means of the Jordan canonical form decomposition.
The matrix Mittag-Leffler function is defined as
E = sum_{k=0}^{infty} A^k/Gamma(alf*k+bet)
To evaluate the scalar generalized Mittag-Leffler function on the spectre of the matrix A, the function "ml" copyrighted to Roberto Garrappa, University of Bari, Italy, is used.
