Simulation of Transmission Line Short Line Model based on Textbook "Power System Analysis", 2nd Edition by Hadi Saadat, Chapter 5, Example 5.1, page 145-146.
Transmission line short line model block is compute using three phase series RL branch based on its line length (km), resistance per unit length (Ohms/km), inductance per unit length (H/km) or Impedance per unit length (R+Li/km) in complex number.
