BPM ExoPlot is a better and newer version of BPM Plot. BPM ExoPlot is a MATLAB®(needs 2017b or above) application that allows the user to load multiple sample replicates of the ZetaVIEW® (Particle-Metrix) .txt file acquisition measurements via designated folder path directory (now can load multiple folders). Once loaded, the queued files are run through an efficient algorithm that displays publication-ready bar plots of the mean vesicle diameter and concentration and size distribution figures across all replicates.
