Hill function
Version 1.0.0 (2.01 KB) by
Timothy Olsen
Plots a 3- or 4-parameter Hill function to some input data using least squares fitting
Plots either a 3-parameter or 4-parameter Hill function to some input data. The function requires some initial guess for the Hill coefficients (intercept, slope, half-activation point and the maximal point). Then, using least squares fitting and these initial guesses, the Hill function is fitted to the data. Output consists of the Hill function data and the Hill function's coefficients (after least squares).
