Input - I have hourly data and have to do PACF of target variable

Problem- I do not know how many lags I should calculate and what should be max lag in the code. There is some basic error in code file. Parcorr function is correct. I am very new to MATLAB and it is showing this error

Index in position 2 exceeds array bounds (must not exceed 2). Either something wrong with excel file or code file.
