LTVTools is a toolbox for modeling, simulating and analyzing Linear Time-Varying (LTV) Systems in MATLAB and Simulink environment. The toolbox is currently under development (Beta version) and is supported by the AGPL 3.0 license. You can use the tools without any restriction, but if you use it please cite the authors and/or collaborators as shown here.
