INSTRUCTIONS:

1)_ run func_SPIHT_Demo_Main
2)_ select your input image
3)_ to GET BEST COMPRESSION RATION, MODIFY THE RATE (bpp) between 0 and 1
4)_ resize your image (ONLY 512*512 OR 1024*1024 OR 2048*2048)
