Modified INC MPPT, Tracks MPP faster than Conventional INC MPPT

Conventional INC MPPT runs with a fixed step size for each perturbation. This modified MPPT initially runs with a bigger step size when it is far from MPP and as it reaches near MPP it runs with a smaller step size. The advantages of this method are, it tracks MPP faster and runs near MPP with very small fluctuations.
