BioLib-MATLAB-Coder-JavaScript-Toolchain
BioLib is a library of bioinformatics applications written in a wide range of programming languages. Conveniently, BioLib applications can also be developed in MATLAB by using the BioLib-MATLAB-Coder-Toolchain Add-On. The Add-On achieves this by compiling MATLAB code to a BioLib-compatible WebAssembly executable.
To get started, install this Add-On using Add-On explorer in MATLAB. Follow the instruction provided in the Examples > setup.mlx file included in the Add-On or see the README.md from https://github.com/gmcvitti/biolib-matlab-coder-toolchain.
