imchar function
This function is implemented so that the user can merge a character within his selected image.

This function is implemented so that the user can merge a character within
his selected image. The user has the ability to insert letters and numbers
at any specified region within the image with any color and size.
The allowed characters are 0-9, a-z and A-Z.
