Description
Specify the CAN identifier used by the host to transmit command or request messages to a CAN node.
Dependencies
To enable this parameter, set Communication interface to
CAN and Connectivity interface parameter
to CAN (MCAN. The value of
x)x depends on the
Device
Series parameter value.
Settings

(default)For standard (11‑bit) CAN identifiers, specify a value from 0 to 2047. For extended (29‑bit) CAN identifiers, specify a value from 0 to 536870911.
Tips
For XCP-based external mode simulation over CAN, CAN ID command parameter value must be distinct from the value specified for the Id 1 parameter in the MCAN Receive Peripheral Configuration.
