Convert prediction filter coefficients to line spectral frequencies

lsf = poly2lsf(a) returns a vector,
lsf, of line spectral frequencies from a vector,
a, of prediction filter coefficients.
Given a vector,
a, of prediction filter coefficients, generate the corresponding line spectral frequencies.
