Clusters using the LSF scheduler can be used with MATLAB Parallel Server. To achieve this, MATLAB and MATLAB Parallel Server must installed on every node in the cluster. A MATLAB Parallel Server license must be available to worker nodes on the cluster. The client submitting the job must have MATLAB, Parallel Computing Toolbox and a license for both of these. The client must also use the integration scripts for LSF in their cluster profile. See the links below for more information.
