R2012a startup error in matlabrc too many input arguments maxrhs

Hi.
Every time I simply launch the main MATLAB program, the below error is called:
"Warning: Executing startup failed in matlabrc. This indicates a potentially serious problem in your MATLAB setup, which should be resolved as soon as possible. Error detected was: MATLAB:maxrhs Too many input arguments. > In matlabrc at 212"
My matlab execution app is in my C:/Program Files/MATLAB/....bin
My matlabrc, pathdef, userpath, starup.m files are in my C:/.../MATLAB/...toolbox/local folder
This has happened before. Could it be a simple typo in the matlabrc.m?
Thanks!
