how can a I train this whitout using nftool?

well, i need to train a neural network whit a hidden layer whit 10 neurons and single neuron as a output neuron, the thing is that I need this nn to learn any lineal function "y=45.224552x" o something like that, I try modifing the xor nn that i find in this page but a I think the activation functions are not the right ones, thanks to anyone who can help me
