Error using ==> vertcat CAT arguments dimensions are not consistent.

I am defining A matrix in State Space Blockas;
[0 1.0 0 0 0 0; -4.7059 -0.0882 0 0 1.3588 0;
0 0 0 1.0 0 0 ; 0 0 0 -5.0 1.6170 4.5 ;
0 0 0 0 -0.9091 0;0 0 0 0 0 -1.0];
Note: This is a continuous straight entry.
I get this error:
Error evaluating parameter 'A' in 'Linear_PID_MODEL/Subsystem/State-Space': Error using ==> vertcat CAT arguments dimensions are not consistent.
Please Help

Somewhere, you are doing something like this:
>> [rand(2); rand(3)]
Error using vertcat
Dimensions of matrices being concatenated are not consistent.

No, I have checked every entry in command window separately and in concatenation also.
Well , the problem was else where, it was solved. Thanks Matt.
how did you solve it... Urgent help needed here please
Stop the code at the line where the error is occuring (e.g. using DBSTOP). Then check the sizes of the matrices being concatenated at that line.
