how can i determine the form factor of a waveform using simulink?

form factor is given as RMS/AVG value of waveform. but when i use the rms and mean blocks in simulink and divide them, it doesnt work. i tried using this with sine wave, i should have got 1.11 as the answer but i dint.
any help?
