Why uncommented block stays grayed out after model update?

Hi,

I've been using 'Comment Out' block option in Simulink for quite a time and I noticed something strange. In some cases block that has been commented and uncommented before, stays grayed out even after updating the model (CTRL+D). It doesn't affect functionality, but is misleading when reading the model.

I tried to open model in Matlab 2012b, Matlab 2013a and on different computer but none of that solved my problem.

Is someone experienced this issue? Is there any solution?
