Hello I would like to have my plp to install Matlab version 7 under windows 7

PLP - Personal License Passcode was the nemae for installation passcodes for Windows stand-alone installation pre Release 2008a.
You can obtain them through your MathWorks Account or through MathWorks Customer Service.

Additional note: MATLAB 7.x spans over 16 releases. Please verify if your release is supported in connection with Windows 7! http://www.mathworks.com/support/sysreq/previous_releases.html

R2009a is the first version that officially supported Windows 7.
Some of the previous versions can be more or less made to work in compatibility mode.
