Simulating Adaptive Delta Modulation in Simulink

I have the block diagram for the Adaptive Delta Modulation (ADM). I want to know which blocks in simulink substitutes the blocks in the diagram I have.
Also, I want to generate a signal with varying amplitude and use it as the input to the ADM model. How do I do this?
