Simscape Error " Could not generate a new tab SimMechanics 2G"

HI,

I am trying to use simulink--> Simscape function. It indicate error as shown below when loading Simulink

When i try to use Simscape function, it shows an error as depicted below

Other libraries are working fine. How can i fix this problem?
