How to code Topology Control algorithm for wireless sensor networks in matlab

Hi everyone, currently I am trying to implement my own topology control algorithm for wsn in matlab and I have gone through internet and mathworks forum but could not find any manual or material for coding, could anyone please help me with suitable coding material for topology control implementation using matlab for wsn, thank you.
