Does the packaged mcr include the C runtime library?

Hi all,
I've saw an instance where installing the mcr (packaged in a deployable) triggered a prerequisite install of a C runtime library version. I'm wondering if the source of this install was the deployable package, or if it installed it from the web.
Cheers, Andrew S

I believe it bundles the official Microsoft redistributable with it. In a few old versions (around 2008 or 9??) it didn't seem to install correctly and I had to install it separately. Why do you ask? Just curious, or did you encounter a problem?

Thanks for the info!
No problems - I'm anticipating the depolyable being installed and used on laptops with no internet access (I've found that common in clinical settings). I was wondering if I needed to add the CRT to the install myself just in case.
