GUIs display incorrectly after OS update

Hello, The IT group rolled out some OS updates last week and when I came in the next day, all of my GUIs were displaying incorrectly. I have no idea what was rolled out...mostly security patches and possibly a Java update. I do not have MATLAB_JAVA set so I should be using the version included in the Matlab tree. "Ver" output included below. Attached is a pdf of how the GUIS used to look and how they look now. Any idea what has caused that and how I can fix? I can open each gui in Guide to rescale them but I have too many to do this manually. Thanks in advance!
