I have an image A and B. I calculated U V using Horn-Schunck algorithm. how can I warp image B to image A using the optic flow u v between them? thanks

Essentially, you are going to going to want to form a plaid grid of the displacements of each pixel using meshgrid, add these displacements to the locations of the output grid locations, and then use interp2 to resample the input image at the remapped locations from the optical flow estimate of the displacement field.
