Result in matrix is not divided

I have a problem. I noticed that matlab after adding variable s in my code not divide expressions. So I get expressions as 54646464/454646464.

It sounds like you have set your format to rat. Please read the documentation concerning format. To see you current display format:
get(0,'Format')
If you get rat, that might explain why your values are displayed like that.
