Mean and median (difference)

Can you help me, please?
What is the difference between the mean and the median of a data set if there are only two values in it?

With only two values, there is no difference.
If the values come from a normal distribution, there is no difference.
If the values come from a unimodal distribution, without skew, then there is no difference.
