How to write and read data with a TCP/IP Object

I create a TCP/IP object with the Test&Measurement Tool.when connect the instrument and send data the error ''A timeout occurred before the Terminator was reached.''comes out.
And I build a simulink model use the TCP/IP receive block and the TCP/IP send block. When I run the model. ''Error evaluating registered method 'Start' of M-S-Function 'stcpipsb' in 'untitled/TCP//IP Send''' appare. How can I solve this question?
