GUI and simulink connection

Hi all,

Please I create a GUI where I calculate many variables , at the end I end it by calculating dx and dy, these two variables need to pass as an input to my simulink model.. HOW CAN I DO THAT ???

Also I want after that I can get the output of my simulink model into variable that I can display on my GUI.??

Pleaaaaaase help me
