How much the actual price of matlab

I try to buy matlab comercials license but I can't find price list. I don't understand why matwork don't show price list in the website. I wrote to sale man of matlab but don't have reply. The most price I have found when search in google are about 1990 US dolla (about 65000 TH bath) for newest version but I see some bussiness in Thailand sale it about 450000 TH bath. In some website such as this http://ilhqirydjpqclcgx.topsoftwaregoods.com/browse/search/?q=mathworks+matlab sale matlab 2012b OEM full version at 299 US dolla only (about 6000 TH bath). Who can tell me which are the true price of matlab comercials license and how to buy it in easy way?

When MATLAB is offered for sale at prices that low, then unless it is a student license or Home license, then it is almost certainly a cracked copy. R2012b was one of the versions that was often cracked.

I get a reply from sale in TH. Only matlab without any toolbox is 142,000 bath or about US$4,440. Is this realy price?
