Error in surfergrifmap function

I am trying to use surfergridmap function in order to make a map with contours in matlab (see here https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/10986-surfer-griddata). But when I use this command , command error shows :
Error using kriging (line 24)
Error. Input at least PointsX, PointsY and PointsElev
Error in Untitled2 (line 28)
[Xi,Yi,Zi]=surfergriddata(X,Y,Z,Xi,Yi,kriging)
my code is
clc
clear
filename1= 'file.csv'
[d1,tex]= xlsread(filename1);
X =d1(:,1);
Y=d1(:,2);
X=d1(:,3);
[Xi, Yi] = meshgrid(...
linspace(min(X),max(X)),...
linspace(min(Y),max(Y)));
[Xi,Yi,Zi]=surfergriddata(X,Y,Z,Xi,Yi,kriging)
could you please help me?

[Xi, Yi, Zi] = surfergriddata(X, Y, Z, Xi, Yi, 'kriging')

I am sorry but command window shows:
Error in actxserver (line 89)
h=feval(['COM.' convertedProgID], 'server', machinename, interface);
Error in surfergriddata (line 82)
srf=actxserver('surfer.application');
Error in Untitled2 (line 28)
[Xi, Yi, Zi] = surfergriddata(X, Y, Z, Xi, Yi, 'kriging')
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
That File Exchange Contribution is only suitable for MS Windows systems that have Golden Software Surfer installed under the ID "surfer.application"
Yes I have installed Golden software surfer, and I generally use this. So What is the problem? Do you know what to do?
I would imagine that if I were in your situation, I would post a copy of the complete error message saying what MATLAB thought was wrong.
The complete message is:
Error using feval
Server Creation Failed: Ç åêôÝëåóç áðü ôï äéáêïìéóôÞ áðÝôõ÷å
Error in actxserver (line 89)
h=feval(['COM.' convertedProgID], 'server', machinename, interface);
Error in surfergriddata (line 82)
srf=actxserver('surfer.application');
Error in Untitled2 (line 28)
[xi,yi,zi]=surfergriddata(x,y,z,xi,yi,'kriging')
Unfortunately, that software is a fair price ($US1000), and the trial is only two weeks. I do not think it is going to be practical for me to test it myself.
But at the moment, it looks to me as if the COM object for the software is perhaps not properly installed.
ok. thank you.
do you know an another way to grid my data with kriging method except from the above solution?
