Continous state not finite?

Hello,
my model is throwing an error: 'Continous state ... is not finite.' I have seen a lot of infinite derivative of state errors, but that is new. I also couldn't find any details online about it.
Why and how does that (infinite state) happen?

While I might guess, it would help if you explain... what model? What tools are you using?
