How to open the DDS Blockset app?

I'm walking througth the DDS Blockset tutorial page Create DDS Definitions - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com) using MATLAB R2021a Update 5. However, the DDS Blockset app mentioned in Step 2 can be found nowhere in my MATLAB. Does anyone know how to open this app?
Similarly, in other example under the DDS Blockset documentation DDS Positioning System Application - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com), when running the first command
open positioning_system.sldd
in this example, my MATLAB opens up the normal Model Explorer for data dictionary editing, instead of the DDS Libraries window as screenshotted on the documentation page.

Do you have the DDS Blockset installed? Type ver in the command window to see.
If not and you have access to it through your license, you can use the Add-Ons explorer to install it.
With it installed, you will find the DDS Application Designer app in the App tab in Simulink.

Dear Cris,
Thanks for your hint. I checked my DDS Blockset installation, and it appears in the ver output:
However, I anyway still can not find the DDS Application as in your screenshot:
I'm using R2021a Update 5:
Thanks for your help, Cris.
I might try these three steps
  1. Restart MATLAB
  2. Try using Manage Add-Ons to uninstall then reinstall the DDS Blockset.
  3. Consider reinstalling Simulink
If it still doesn't appear, contact support.
Thanks, Chris.
