I split my table into three different tables by row as given below
output = [ Time(:,1) xAvg yAvg X(:,1) Y(:,1) X(:,2) Y(:,2) DEdif SEdif rmseGTDE rmseGTSE];
Table = array2table(output,'VariableNames',{'Time','xAvg','yAvg','xDE','yDE','xSE','ySE','DEdif','SEdif','rmseGTDE','rmseGTSE'});
writetable(Table,[filename1(1) '-Avg-filteredSEDEWS_10.xls']);
v=[2 100 200];
Splittable=cell(numel(v)-1,1);
for k=2:numel(v)
Splittable{k-1}=Table(v(k-1):v(k)-1,:);
end
Splittable{k}=Table(v(end):end,:);
Three different table are created in MATLAB. But I want to save these three tables directly in Excel. How I cab do this. Thank you.

What do you mean by directly? You can use ActiveX if you're in Windows to directly control Excel.
Or you can simply write the data to a workbook or workbooks using functions like writetable(), writematrix(), writecell(), or xlswrite(). Create a filename in your loop.
