I'm trying to use the Microsoft Kinect SDK through MATLAB but MATLAB crashes when I try to start the stream object. The code is included below. Any help much appreciated as I'm not experienced with using .NET through MATLAB.
function captureVoice( )
a = NET.addAssembly('C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.Research.Kinect\v4.0_1.0.0.0__31bf3856ad364e35\Microsoft.Research.Kinect.dll');
try
b = Microsoft.Research.Kinect.Audio.KinectAudioSource();
b.FeatureMode = true;
b.AutomaticGainControl = false;
b.SystemMode = Microsoft.Research.Kinect.Audio.SystemMode.OptibeamArrayOnly;
%s = Microsoft.Research.Kinect.Audio.KinectAudioStream();
s = b.Start();
for i = 1:10
i
pause(1);
end
b.Stop()
catch err
'There was an error'
end
end
