I need to plot 3 variables

hi i have 3 variables each in txt file, very large data and contains a lot of missing values, i want to plt 3 files in 3D matrices plot (scatter plot), i tried to load them and then celcted them to be ploted, but it rijected may be because of the large amounts of the missing values inthere??
Any suggestions??

Do you have problem loading the data or plotting the data? What error messages do you have?
