I have a personal license for R2021b, but I need version r2016a. How can I get it?

If you are allowed to use it with your license you should be able to download it on the normal download page (look for a button like 'show older releases' or something to that effect).
But why do you think you need it?
What I am told is that the link with Python is different for different versions. I have a design in Simulink which was done with R2016a and I was given the advise to use the same version because of the link to python. I don't know if this is a big deal or not...

I'm not sure if this shortcut is working for you: https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/
If not, open "May Account" on your profile page clicking on your account on the top right here. Select your license. Click on the "Download" button and select the wanted release on the left side.
