Is it possible to step up 24V to 330V using boost converter? If yes how should I select the output current?

You should find the detailed answer of how to design a boost converter inside this model: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/63330-current-controller-dc-dc-bidirectional-converter?s_tid=prof_contriblnk
However, by boosting this much of voltage (24-->330V), that will impact the current, i.e. by boosting the voltage you are bucking the current. Through this simple equation Vout/Vin = Iin/Iout = (1/1-D), where D is the duty cycle (Ton/T) you can have an estimate of the output current. For practical applications, sometimes you can go beyond boosting five times the input or so. For that I advise that you look up Ned Mohan book for power electronics, I guess chapter 7, where he explains in details how to design the boost converters and what are the practical limitations.
