REWARD FUNCTION-reinforcement learning

hi, I'm using an example from the mobile robotics simulation toolbox. I have this scheme and the parameters I use are "x, y and theta" for the positioning and the "minRange" parameter for the distance to the obstacle. I would like my robot to be trained to reach the waypoint marked with X, does anyone have any ideas?
