MATLAB define a linear classifier with matthews correlation coefficients as the loss function

Hi, I'm trying to define a linear classification model with input (N-by-P vector) and output (N-by-1 vector), and I would like to use the Matthews correlation coefficients as its loss function. Can anyone please help me with the MATLAB code to achieve it? Thank you very much.
