How can I divide audio signal into frames with frame shift

I have a binaural audio signal,I pass the left and right signals through a bank of 128 gammatone filter , the signal sampling frequency is 44.1 Khz , now I need to divide each filtered signal into 20 ms time frames with a frame shift of 10 ms,,, how can I do the framing with the shifting ??
