using cellfun to convert text to double and vice-versa, help¡¡¡¡

Hallo

i'm working with my text table and i proceeded to convert from string to double, using cellfun:

id={'ARAU'},{'BUCA'}; %original data input 

name2=cellfun(@double,id,'uniformoutput',0); 

65  82  67  79
66  85  67  65  

code_shore=cell2mat(name2); %--- is a matrix of 4 columns

code_shore =====>??????

code_ shore is codified text into numbers.... how can i convert this numbers back to the original ARAU or BUCA cell string????
