Hello,
I want to program a pololu motor via a Phidget and read the motor via simulink. However, we do not see how the connection is established, and how we should program a movement.
A more specific question is: Who knows how we can read out a Phidget via Matlab
would anyone be willing to help me with this?

Hello Thijs,
Previously, Phidgets were compatible with the Simulink platform up until its 2021 release. However, subsequent updates to Simulink have introduced compatibility issues with Phidgets. The available Phidget examples were originally developed for Simulink 6.1 and MATLAB 7 on a Windows XP operating system, so any version of Simulink predating the 2016 release should still function with Phidgets.
Unfortunately, the latest iterations of MATLAB and Simulink no longer support the Phidgets examples and their associated packages.
If you're working with an earlier version of Simulink and need guidance on how to retrieve data from a Phidget device, please visit the phidgets website for more info.
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Shubham Shreshth
