Can't install add-ons anymore.

I could install some of them when I first opened the program on the first start I mean. But now, all the allowed installations (those not in gray) when I ask to install it says:

«The specified key is not present in this container.»

I suppose it's something about my log-in in the site of Matlabs, but I don't know my proxy server address and port. Every time I setup web preferences I stuck there.

hi i have problem like you when i want install, install_addon the error is: Undefined function 'install_addon' for input arguments of type 'char' i search in net at first we need install_addon.m and zip file for that if you have the zip file for matlab 2016a please send me. thank you [e-mail]

We direct all installation and licensing questions to the Mathworks. There are just too many different computer configurations and too many ways things can go wrong for us to know how to fix them all. The give free telephone help for those kinds of questions, because, if you can't even launch their program you can't fall in love with their product.

This problem is associated with needing to remove the install files for other Mathwork packages and then trying again. Not uninstalling the packages, just getting rid of the download directories not cleaned up after you installed them.

it's not even allowing to delete the folder.

An administrator for your system can delete any directory.
