Can we know the data information(type and format) from SMARTEYE pro? (Eyetracker)

Hello,

Our research team has researched using Eyetracker(smarteye pro) made by Smart eye.

We want to get data using UDP communication from smart eye PC.

We made a connection between our main PC and smart eye PC using UDP communication.

So, we can get data and see data using SIMULINK.

However, the data is very weird which cannot be interpreted.

[Question]

→ We don't know what kind of data is acquired and transmitted.

Data format is also odd. Generally, we expect the range of data should be from 0 to 1. But the data set show more than 10^13...

Is anyone who knows the data's information (type and format) from smarteye pro?

(we already read manual as many as possible, they don't give any information

also, manufacture doesn't know even though we contacted them before
