I can't found Data Science Trail Package.

I want all contents from Data science free trail package which was previously shown on Trail package but for now there is no Data science option available. Which one should I select for
1) Curve fitting Toolbox
2) Globle Optimization Toolbox
3) Optimization Toolbox
above content?

Not knowing anything about what it is you want to do, I would start with the MATLAB Essentials option. Other options that may be applicable are Deep Learning & Machine Learning, or maybe Image Processing and Computer Visoin.
