How to align Spikes?

Hello everyone,

I'm wokring on spike sroting algorthim and so far I manged to detct and extract the spikes but I woludn't allign them. I tired alignsignals but It did not work.

Not sure what approach you are taking, but your desired outcome figure reminded me of this answer that created something similar using PCA.

Thank you sir, but as far as I rember, PCA is more for feature extrction not alignment and I tried it and it did not work.

Share your data. You can save your variable(s) to a mat file and attach it using the paperclip icon. Also please share the code you have developed so far.
